That HRM is a broad field, we don't have to tell you, of course. Especially within our organization, where you are employed by four different companies, each with its own permanent staff and also a large flexible shell of on-call workers.

As an intern in the human resources department, you will get to experience everything that is involved in the employee career cycle. Because supporting all employees in such a way that they can perform their jobs well and enjoyably is our main goal!
During your internship, you will be closely involved in the pre-boarding and onboarding of all new (seasonal) employees. It is therefore important that you are administratively and communicatively strong and would like to develop further in this area.

You will join an enthusiastic team. Together with Odette (planning), Sandra (recruitment) and Patricia (HRM) we form the HR team that is ready for all colleagues every day! Together with you, we ensure an optimal career cycle for all employees.

What am I going to learn?

  • You actively participate in all steps to be taken during the onboarding process of new employees.
  • In the department, you will be given all the facets involved in supporting employees so they can perform their duties.
  • You will participate in all administrative work involved in an HR department.

We offer

  • An educational and varied internship in which all facets within the HR field occur.
  • An internship allowance of €450 gross per month + €50 travel allowance, for a 38-hour work week.

We ask

  • You are studying Human Resource Management (HBO) or pursuing an AD Human Resource Management.
  • You have integrity and an eye for detail.
  • You live within a travel distance of 45 minutes from our Uddel office.
