  You will assist with events for both private and corporate groups.
  You combine organization, guest contact, and execution.

About the Veluwe Specialist & Kroongeheim

De Veluwe Specialist and Kroongeheim part of SOS Events and organize a wide range of outings and events in the Veluwe region from their locations in Garderen, Otterlo, and Uddel. These include interactive tours, transportation with routes, the Mini Classic Tour, Fly & Drive, and complete packages including lunch or BBQ.

Our events range from smaller private groups to large corporate outings. As an intern, you will be involved in this entire process.

What will you do?

During your internship, you will be part of the event organization team. You will assist in the preparation, execution, and completion of events. You will provide support with scripts, welcome groups, give instructions, and liaise with colleagues and clients.

In addition, you will work on your BPV assignments during working hours, allowing you to combine theory and practice. With a permanent internship supervisor as your buddy, you will learn step by step how events are organized professionally.

What am I going to learn?

  • You will learn to give clear instructions to (large) groups.
  • You will learn everything about preparing and planning events.
  • You will learn what is important when dealing with clients.
  • You will learn how events are organized and executed from start to finish.

We offer

  • Internship allowance:
    16 & 17 years old: €300 gross per month
    18 years and older: €450 gross per month + travel expenses.
  • A fun two-day introduction with other interns, including activities such as climbing, an e-chopper tour, and an Escape Tour.
  • A permanent internship supervisor who acts as your buddy during your internship.
  • An educational internship where you really get to be part of the team.

We ask

  • That you approach people enthusiastically and make them feel welcome.
  • That you are open to learning and take responsibility for your learning process.
  • That you are available at least one weekend day per week.
  • That you live within a radius of 30 km and have a maximum travel time of 45 minutes.
